Are you our new Finance Controller?

Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training.The academy was established in 2005 and it educates more than 500 students and professionals for i.e.Avinor in Norway, LFV in Sweden, Naviair in Denmark and other customers.Entry Point North offers advanced training facilities at its premises at Malmö Airport, Sweden.At Entry Point North we work in an environment with a high tempo where each day is unique.To be successful in this position you will have to work according to our values; being brave, responsible, innovative and open-minded. Entry Point North is expanding it's Finance Department and is looking for a new Finance Controller who is ready to take off with us!Role and Responsibility Your main areas of responsibility, among others, will be: * Ledger chart of accounts and VAT * Accounting and reporting, incl.monthly, quarterly and annual closings * Managing the budgeting process and budgets for departments and company * Investment analysis through an accurate fixed assets register with monthly depreciation * Monthly financial forecasting and strategic extrapolations within the strategic horizon * Actively liaise with internal and external contacts (auditors, tax authorities etc.) * Manage company taxation and intrastate reports * Project manager for implementing a new ERP system (from bookkeeping to entire ERP within the company) * Fundraising - identify, investigate and administer fundraising sources and contributor * Daily administration, such as statistics and financial reports Qualifications * You have ideally 4-6 years of experience as an auditor or business controller from an international organisation * You have either a Diploma or an academic degree in Finance and Accounting * You have a wide interest and knowledge in IT/Database/ERP systems.Experience from Microsoft Dynamics (Ax, XAL or C5) would be seen as an advantage * You have good knowledge of Swedish accounting, company taxes and optimization * You need to be fluent in English since this is our working language.You are also fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages As a person you are ambitious and responsible.You have a flexible, service minded, and analytical attitude in line with high confidentiality and in-depth knowledge about accounting, tax and financial issues.You are prestige less and have good communicative skills.You are easy to work with and have the ability to achieve results both working with current duties as well as ad hoc projects and tasks.You like to work in a team, but you are also comfortable working independently. The position is full time, until further notice and you will report to Finance Director, starting as soon as possible.
