Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training.The academy was established in 2005 and it educates more than 500 students and professionals for i.e.Avinor in Norway, LFV in Sweden, Naviair in Denmark and other customers.Entry Point North offers advanced training facilities at its premises at Malmö Airport, Sweden.At Entry Point North we work in an environment with a high tempo where each day is unique.To be successful in this position you will have to work according to our values, be brave, responsible, innovative and open-minded. Role and Responsibility This position is responsible for providing Human Resources support to employees and managers in general, but primarily in the areas of compensation and benefits (including pension), salary administration, policy administration and interpretation.You will provide first line support to employees and managers on Human Resources issues, including answering questions, researching and resolving issues, and processing related paperwork as long with developing and implementing policies.You will also be responsible for administrating the salary, which is about 30 % of the time.Qualifications *You have a bachelor's degree or global equivalent in Human Resources or related business field and/or at least three years of experience of various tasks related to HR.*Experiences of working in a service producing company are an advantage.*The role requires experience from independent work with salary.*Must have experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously, and working in an environment which requires flexibility, innovation, and customer service skills.*Fluent English skills required.As a person you are ambitious and responsible.You are service minded, prestige less and have good communicative skills.You are easy to work with and have the ability to achieve results together with others as a team.It's an advantage if you have the ability to engage and inspire others.You live as you learn and act as a good role model in various work situations.The position is full time, until further notice and you will report to HR Manager, starting as soon as possible.
