As a result of the sale of the BPO division of Visma, Visma Services, Visma Employee Management and Visma Personnel has been renamed Azets.

The Risk and Compliance Manager oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues and concerns within the organization. The role ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance of regulatory bodies and that company policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior in the organization meets our Code of Conduct.
Some of the most important areas will be IT risk, business risk, fraud prevention, regulatory requirements, GDPR regulations and crisis management. The position supports operational work in the Nordic countries, Estonia and Romania.
The position monitors and supports Azets' operations in the Nordic region, including Estonia and Romania.
Your responsibilities and work tasks will include:
Provide strategic advice and guidance to top management in relation to new proposals, M&A activity, business development and change
Develop and build an appropriate structure for the European research and development team (ex. the UK) as the business develops and changes.
Develop and maintain the company's "risk management system" and risk register.
Promote the continuous integration of an effective risk culture with management across Nordic companies
Maintain relations across European countries to ensure compliance with rules, including AML and other related matters
Perform audits and compliance reviews in accordance with requirements from customers, partners and internal guidelines
Assist as a business partner and advisor for the organization around risk and compliance related issues and topics
Ensure that training is available to employees in relation to regulatory matters
Lead the risk and compliance team located in Romania
Give advice and ensure that possible risks are understood and limited as far as possible
The position reports to the Group Risk and Compliance Director located in the United Kingdom.
The ideal candidate will have:
A few years' relevant experience from the accounting and outsourcing industry and preferably experience from working in a multinational company
Preferably experience as a quality manager from similar companies
Ability to make decisions and be responsible for them
Good communication and collaboration skills
Is helpful, positive and has an open and flexible approach to change
Ability to give good advice and to see opportunities for the business related to all types of risk
