Who do we think you are?
We think that you have a background working with digital sales and E-commerce, and that you are truly passionate about change management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment at a company with a high growth rate and enjoy the challenge of collaborating with our global sales teams. We think that you have very good English skills, and speaking another language will be to your advantage. We think that you truly enjoy the process of digitalizing sales processes and creating strong E-commerce strategies is your thing!
You might have studied Business Management, Industrial Management, IT or similar, and have worked with digital sales for 3 plus years – but if you think you are perfect for this role and have another background, we welcome your application!
What will the role be like?
The aim of this role will be to drive digital sales initiatives and related process efficiencies globally through our 4 Markets Units and in collaboration with internal stakeholders, as well as developing and executing global E-commerce and E-business strategies including existing and new systems. You will also be responsible for HMS Marketplace, our current E-commerce solutions for our distributors.

The position is based in Halmstad, Sweden at HMS HQ.
