About the role:
In the role of Team Manager on our Egencia assignment, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Swedish team while working from a home office anywhere in Sweden. You want to lead and motivate a team of employees who provide world-class service to Egencia.
It will be your responsibility to make sure that your employees are happy and satisfied, and that they develop in the role. This is done, among other things, with team meetings, individual conversations, and your general presence in the operation. It's your job to identify challenges and decide how these should be handled - Could it be that your team's AHT is missing the target? Or maybe you notice a decrease in overall employee satisfaction? Don't worry, we'll make sure to help you to be a success in the role.
In the role, you will report directly to our Operations Manager, with whom you will review daily operations, report performance, and review potential challenges on the assignment.
To succeed in the role of Team Manager, you are expected to:
- Have a positive energy and willingness to achieve success with your colleagues and team in order to achieve the best possible results.
- Have a structured approach to your work.
- Have a good overview and with your own initiative rise to possible challenges.
- Possess strong communication skills both in writing and orally. (Swedish and English)

- Be available to your employees.
- Be able to collaborate with other roles and departments.
- Be able to handle time pressure and multitask.
