At White Label Agency, we treat our clients like our best friends, and we call them our partners. We stay in touch, we help them when they are in need, we look out for them and we recommend our best ideas to them so they can get better. Or rather, you do.
As account manager, you will work with marketing agencies mostly in the US, but sometimes also in the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Sweden, or even China. Yep -- you will handle a lot of international connections. They, our partners, design websites for their clients. But instead of having their own developers, they send you the design files and requirements. Your job is to be both their personal contact person, and their project manager in our office. That way, you help them make sure their projects get prepared, built, delivered, and paid - super-smoothly.
That's why we need you to:
Native or close to Native English.
Extrovert, good at connecting with staff and customers.
Good negotiation skills.
Good phone skills.
Good project management skills.
Write excellent emails.
Be great at reading and understanding requirements.
Have attention to detail.
Love to be the link between our development team and our partners.
Know a thing or two about technical stuff, like computers, websites, maybe coding and design too? Not all of it, but the more the better.
Tasks:
Have phone meetings with customers on the phone.
Sending emails regarding projects, quotes, etc.
Communicating with the internal team regarding deadlines, feedback, and conversations had with the customers.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Reactivating old customers, by email and phone.

You'll have around 10-30 partners that you actively communicate with in a typical week. They will either have one/several dedicated developers that work from our Ukrainian offices directly with the partner, or they will be doing projects on an ongoing basis. Communication will daily be over Slack (like Skype for teams) and email and then you will have weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls with the partner to go through the pipeline, feedback, and general status of the relationship. Our customers are usually smaller digital agencies that are friendly and easygoing. You will also communicate with our developers and QA team to follow up on statuses of projects, or help a developer with communicating with the partner.
Evening work will be required Mondays and Tuesdays.
We are an English-speaking company, so we have no requirement on speaking Swedish. We hire continuously. English Native speakers are encouraged to apply.
