We like our customers but we´d like to know more!
We like John, 39, who often travels to Denmark with his wife and two kids, and we like Marie, 68, who visits the island of Rügen in the spring with her husband Bengt. We also care for John and Marie, as we want them to find the most relevant offers for them. But to do this we need to know more about John and Marie.
We are on the journey of creating better offers, products and ways to communicate with our customers. Customer relationship management is in the core of these efforts. That´s why we´re looking for a CRM Manager to join our marketing department and to join our journey.
What you´ll do: Your role as CRM Manager means that you are responsible for managing data driven customer insights in order to increase customer lifetime value. Does this sound interesting? You’ll also get the chance to use cool terms like “marketing automation” but really you will probably focus most on this:
• Plan and execute our direct marketing efforts on a daily basis
• Develop our CRM marketing automation processes
• Maximizing customers benefit while at the same time increasing our profitability
• Drive and actively distribute retention KPI´s and carry out analysis for customer retention
Who you are: We want someone who’ll make sure that we give our customers what they want in the most efficient way and who put our customers trust first. We want you to truly care for our customers. Of course you have lots of great ideas on how to strengthen our customer bond and on how to approach the CRM-circus.
The role as CRM Manager requires extensive experience in CRM and Omni channel, web management and knowledge in Google Analytics. If you possess project management skills and content marketing experience you’ll be the one for us.
