Your profile
We are looking for a creative person, who finds solutions and motivate others to deliver excellent results. You enjoy working in a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist. You have a relevant education from the university, experience in product development and several years of project management. If you have previous experience with the Agile framework or Scania´s Product Development Process, it is a plus. We believe that you have excellent servant leadership skills and can handle complex situations within your project.
As a person, you are engaged, curious and well-structured. You have your team's well-being and performance in focus securing that the team fill the gaps needed for Solution and Value delivery. With your superior communication skills, you can easily interact with different persons in various positions within the company. You will communicate project status and needed actions regularly therefore you need to be comfortable with presenting and facilitating larger groups in English (written and orally).
