Role description - what will you do?
Your role in this team would be a 50/50 between Project Manager and Global Resource Planner for the CXE team. Your main tasks as a Project Manager will be to take the lead on new implementations of digital solutions, as well as upgrading customers' existing solutions. As a Global Resource Planner, your responsibilities lie within global resource allocation, internal competence mapping, developing internal processes, and collaboration with other business lines.

You can sit anywhere in Sweden or Norway but will belong to one of our offices. For example, in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Bergen, or why not Trondheim? Since we operate a hybrid between in-house and remote, the most important thing is not where in the country you are located.

You will be part of a driven and supportive group, with opportunities for growth and advancement. If you are a proactive problem-solver with experience in project management and resource planning looking to expand your skill set or simply wanting to try out something new, apply and help us take CXE to the next level!

- Previous experience in project management within the IT sphere. Experience with implementing digital solutions is a bonus.

- Able to speak and write in English on a professional level. Local native language is not a requirement.

- You are comfortable leading and collaborating with others. You know that teamwork is key, but working alone on certain tasks is also a virtue!
