JOB DESCRIPTION:

AGILE EXPERT TO THE PMP TEAM IN THE IT GOVERNANCE

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED AND COMMUNICATIVE PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE FROM AGILE DEVELOPMENT, SUPPORTED IN AGILE TOOLS SUCH AS JIRA, QMETRY AND CONFLUENCE IN THE ATLASSIAN PORTFOLIO?

WE ASSUME THAT YOU ARE A PERSON WHO LIKES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND WORKS WITH IMPROVEMENTS AND OPTIMIZATION BOTH IN OUR WAY OF WORKING AS WELL AS HOW WE USE OUR TOOLS.

You will join the PMP team in the IT Governance to support our way of working in our journey towards the scaled agile.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Atlassian tool expert to support implementation of a scaled agile way of working
* Participate in the analysis and understanding of business requirements and assure that the solution meets both business and IT requirements
* Take part in the development of guidelines and standards together with the system architect.
* Package and roll out decided templates and way of working to product teams

YOUR SKILLS
We believe you are a social, open, communicative and an ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.

* Able to configure and understand Atlassian tools in detail such as JIRA, QMetry for JIRA, Confluence and boards. Also experience from Jira Cloud.
* Experienced in defining efficient agile ways of working in scaled agile environments.
* Take part in the development of architectural guidelines and standards together with the system architect.
* Good understanding of the Atlassian products and product platform and the capabilities to avoid customizations and to follow out of the box-functionality.
* Good knowledge in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
* Good abstraction/presentation skills and understanding of the “bigger picture”.
* Good leadership capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in both English and Swedish.
* Experience of development in different environments, we have a broad portfolio of different applications and platforms
* The ability to understand and work on both strategic and detailed level.
* The ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience from working with large organisation >100 teams.
