Your role
Your role will be Senior Project Manager where you will be part of the Nordic Global Project Office team focusing on our Telecom portfolio. The role is divided into mainly two parts: Bid Management and Portfolio Management, where the main clients will be Ericsson and Nokia. As a bid manager you are expected to manage the overall bid process and also lead the global bid team, own the bid business case in terms of revenue, profitability and risk as well as securing a winning bid. You will also be monitoring the KPIs associated with the sales funnel in strong collaboration with our Key Account Managers. As a portfolio owner you are also expected to manage the full telecom portfolio in respect to project quality, time, cost and profitability in your portfolio. If any of the projects needs extra attention you will also lead the “on watch” task force to get the project on track again. Most of the portfolio is delivered from near or offshore locations which requires both cultural and language skills. In addition, the role includes managing and/or coach and develop the project managers for our Telecom sector.
Your profile
In order to be successful in the role we would like you to have the following background:
We believe you have at least 10 years of experience from project management, sales or other leading roles, preferable within Telecom area and international experience
Relevant experience from consultant industry
University degree or equivalent within technique, digital or business
Fluent English and Swedish
Certificate in Project Management, such as PMP or Prince2
