Area Account Manager Ethicon - Johnson & Johnson in Malmö, Sweden
We are looking for one new Area Account Manager for our Medical Devices business segment in Sweden, with focus on the Wound Closure and Biosurgery portfolio. This is a field based position that reports to the Sales Manager Ethicon in Sweden.
The Area Account Manager´s main responsibilities is to drive sales and projects that ensures optimal results and correct use of Ethicon products across all responsible hospitals and accounts. You are delivering on customer demands for service and support and acts as a strong team player. In this position you need to be open to constant change in product portfolio, sales focus and organization setup.
Objectives of the Position
As an Area Account Manager you feel confident in operating with the following responsibilities on your own and together with your team:
Sales calls, support and visits
Prof-ed activities and meetings
Product test and trails with surgeons
Training and education of doctors /nurses
District analytics and project plans
Continued product and procedure training
Qualifications - External
Minimum educational background: bachelor’s degree (preferably)
At least 2-3 years of work experience in relevant role and sector (required)
Experience and solid understanding of the hospital sector (preferably)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing (required)
Based in South of Sweden
What You Will Need To Succeed
Engage in medical discussions and as room assistance to help doctors and nurses perform the surgeries safe with our products. You also need to be social balanced and interested in medical work.
