Area Commercial Manager

Your main responsibilities will be to support Tetra Pak Clusters and Market Companies in the deployment of Tetra Recart - Packaging Material and Capital Equipment.We believe you possess a business or technical degree and have worked in an international environment.You have extensive experience in the sales process of larger food processing and packaging systems, preferably from non-liquid, shelf stable foods.Alternatively, you have extensive experience from the food industry in the marketing, sales or production areas.Experience in the marketing and distribution of food products is an advantage.

Your tasks will mainly consist of the following:
-Provide input to build Cluster Business Deployment Plan for Tetra Recart
-Support Clusters and Market companies for the implementation of their Tetra Recart growth-plans
-Play a key role in the sales-process of capital equipment : business-case, profitability-study, and making sure the equipment sales process is carefully implemented and followed
-Act as commercial interface between MC and Tetra Recart organisation
-Drive contract-packaging discussions between markets
-Ensure knowledge build up of Tetra Recart in clusters and MCs

Kvalifikationer

You are able to communicate and negotiate within Tetra Pak, as well as with all levels of the customer.You have a strong sales personality - persuasive with strong argumentation skills from a solid knowledge base, with high sense of urgency.You are persistent and a strong driver.Your negotiation techniques create mutual gain and you have a good sense of partnership, making long-tern relationships and linking people to team effort.Seen the complexity of the food processing and equipment, technical skills and background are definitely preferred.
