Description
The Tetra Laval Equipment Finance function at Tetra Laval Credit AB provides expertise in two of Tetra Laval International's main areas of responsibility namely financing and risk management. Tetra Laval Equipment Finance sets policies, provides secure and globally available equipment financing solutions as well as an analysis framework for credit risk assessment of customers and suppliers.
Main responsibilities
.Structure and deliver secure and competitive internal and/or external Equipment Financing solutions to customers of the Tetra Laval In-dustry Groups.
.Offer risk mitigation of equipment financing transactions through the use of export credit guarantees and/or other risk sharing solu-tions with third party providers.
.Ensure compliance with the Credit Risk and Equipment Financing policies.
.Maintain active contacts with the market companies of the Tetra Laval Industry Groups' in a set of countries under your re-sponsibility.
.Be available to present and negotiate with external customers during the entire process from proposal until the end of the contract.
.Build and maintain contacts with the Tetra Laval Groups' core banks' export finance de-partments, forfeiting and external leasing companies.
.Obtain and analyse legal and tax opinions when needed.
Ensure that customer credit risk is assessed.
Qualifications
We believe that you have a University degree and a confirmed working experience from equipment financing of not less than 3 years. You have gained an expertise in equipment financing techniques and have good understanding of the clients' businesses and equipment financing needs.
You are a serious, reliable and team oriented professional with excellent cooperation and communication skills. Your customer orientation and strong negotiating skills enables you to operate in a multicultural environment. To quickly understand needs, obtain information and explain policies and practices to various stakeholders are other abilities that are highly valuable in this challenging position.
You should be fluent in English, spoken and written. Ability to speak Vietnamese is considered an advantage. You must be willing to travel extensively.
