Area Manager - Fleet and Driver Services

Connectivity is a prerequisite to enable the growth that is planned for the coming years, so we are in an exciting and dynamic
period. The aim of Connected Services and Solutions (KS) is to implement and sell services and packaged solutions as well as
to leverage the benefits of connectivity within all parts of Scania.

Fleet and Driver Services (KSV) are commercially responsible for Fleet Management and Driver Services, as well as to
continuously improve current offering through bundling or developments.

We have a challenging and exciting time ahead of us with growing the volume of current services as well as developing and
launching new services. So far we have doubled our volumes annually and will continue with a strong growth.

Since the business is increasing we need to extend the group with more Area Managers.

Assignment
In the role as Area Manager for Fleet and Driver Services you are responsible for sales of Fleet Management, Driver services
and Ecolution. Together with your markets you plan activities for the next coming years to ensure profitable growth for our
services, aligned with the corporate strategy. You work together with distributor and dealers to make everyone involved
competent, focused and "on-board" the connectivity business. We have a journey a head of us to implement a solution mindset
in our network, and to keep up with our competitors so you will need an entrepreneurial mind-set, result orientation, a
commercial and customer oriented focus.

You will work together with our market companies, dealers as well as other department at Scania head office.

Your profile
You have a drive to achieve good result and high customer value. You are a good communicator and enjoy working with other
people towards achieving our targets. Negotiating is something you enjoy. You have a broad network at Scania and
experience from working at/or with distributors/dealers. Commercial background, as Area Manager or equivalent are
considered a merit. To work with Fleet and Driver services in particular and connected services in general is something you are
passionate about.

As a background you have an academic degree and are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered
a merit.

You have good knowledge in Microsoft office.

The position also involves some travel.
