Job Description
We are looking for an Area Manager SAP Platform Services who will be responsible for the integrity, quality assurance, and security of the SAP systems through roles, authorizations, access management, change management, release management and test strategy.
As Area Manager SAP Platform Services, you will lead much of daily business, related to compliance and assurance.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Build state of the art compliance and SAP quality assurance capabilities
Ensure quality and continuity of SAP systems through Testing & automation, Release & Deploy, Security, Roles & Authorizations, Disaster Recovery, and overall Quality Assurance management
Manage the SAP security function, in close collaboration with H&M information risk and security function, ensuring security practices are followed and ensuring security integrity of the SAP ecosystem.
Develop and maintain the SAP business continuity and disaster recovery strategy, including DR and business continuity process testing
Manage relationships with key vendors and managed service providers and external partner performance
Formal staff responsibility, including salary review, performance dialogues and support in individual development plans and competence needs.

Qualifications
SAP experience and knowledge, preferably within areas such as SAP Security, Testing & Automation, Release & Deploy, Quality Assurance, DR and BCP processes
Management experience in leading technical teams, providing advisory services and collaborating with external service providers and being contract owner and external contractor management
Ability to partner with across organisation to work on improvement of the SAP applications and platform
Engage and work closely with the stakeholders across organisation, delivering services to meet the needs
Strong people skills with the ability to create trustful relationships
Dare to lead and be able to communicate in a clear and simple way
Contribute to an open and collaborative environment cross organisation and competencies
