Area operation manager

If so, you might be our next Area operations manager at Kavall. You’ll report to the Head of Rider management and be a part of our operations department, which is responsible for our overall store and rider operations.

We are now looking for an Operations Area Manager based in Stockholm who will be part of our rider organization at Kavall.

Besides being part of our extraordinary journey, you will also be an important part of our rider organisation and make sure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role you need to see challenges with an optimistic mind.

Besides that, a part of your job will be to communicate with your colleagues, therefore great communication skills are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Execute and administrate high-quality and seamless Rider Processes

- Rider recruitment, onboarding, Rider training

- Drive Rider compliance and performance among Riders

- Creating a compliance and development structure for Riders

- Following up with Riders

- Lead a team of 5-6 employee

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree or similar

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- You can communicate both in Swedish and English, written and spoken

- It will be considered a plus if you have some sort of leadership experience, formal or informal
