Core Job Responsibilities:

· Set strategic direction for IoT solution offerings to and with ( Industries like Focused on process manufacturing (Retail, Pharma, CPG, Chemicals, beverages etc.) AND/OR discrete manufacturing (industrial/auto/aero/)

· Work with sales teams to create demand generation strategies related to solution offerings
· Provide thought leadership related to various industries.
· Be responsible for the revenue plan for this industry derived from relevant solution offerings
· Responsible for Quarterly & Yearly Revenue and Margin for the Territory and Product/ Solutions Portfolio.
· GTM strategy: Drive a vision on how we grow and manage our product/solutions portfolio and think holistically about ways to increase growth, decrease cost of sales, and innovative ways to grow the business, including anything from pricing adjustments to time bound promotions across the product line to take the business to the next level.
· Stay current with evolving trends and technologies within the space. Maintain a pulse of the market and sort through the noise to figure out what is and is not resonating with consumers.
· Establish deep working relationships across the company to help invent progressive ways to improve how we go to market and how the business can further expand and support customer expectations for both the product and services.
· Applying your business acumen to an organization's problems/challenges and developing solutions that reflect solid judgment. Including crafting executive level messages/narratives that paints a compelling story, which depict the business case, risk and trade-offs.
· Work with senior executives, peers and partners and quickly building their trust, so they see you and your team focused on obtaining mutual success.



Qualifications and Skills:
· 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience selling Large complex transformative IOT products/Solutions Markets.
· Good understanding of IoT concepts, technology providers, IoT Platforms and also data science as it relates to these industries. General knowledge of IoT across devices, sensors, data science and different platform offerings
· Must have sold into the CxOs/ Engineering groups and enterprise customers.
· Experience of managing Channel/Sales solutions for lower end of the market.
· Need to have in depth knowledge/experience of sales cycles - having dealt with sales of Enterprise Software/ Industrial IoT / Industry 4.0 related transformation.
· Leadership skills in cross-functional teams Demonstrated consistent over-achievement of sales objectives and goals
· Consultative sales approach with a structured and proven sales methodology
· Ability to leverage internal stakeholders (pre-sales, product management, engineering, and client delivery) to efficiently move prospect through highly-matrixed buy cycles. Build transparent and collaborative work relationships with such stakeholders.
· Demonstrates the ability to think strategically and develop key account-specific strategies to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
· Proven ability to lead teams to prospect, cultivate, and sign new logos / open new market segments
