As a part of the global sales team, you will be working actively with your assigned customers, countries, and applications. You will promote our grid automation products and develop our market together with our colleagues globally.
Your responsibilities  
Drive sales volume and margin across Hitachi Energy’s AC portfolio
Prepare sales plan and lead sales projects together with Market Managers and tendering teams in selected countries
Lead and successfully conclude contract negotiations
Secure continuous pipeline growth in the Automation and Communication product market
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and knowledge of customer needs
Identify and develop new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider team
Identify new Partners for Automation and Communication Portfolio and implement Hitachi Energy Partner Program with them

Your background 
An engineering degree in a related field (preferably electrical, electronic or computer science)
More than 2 years of experience in Sales
Basic knowledge and experience in system and solution sales in the field of electrification, renewables and energy storage markets
Fluency in English and any Scandinavian language are mandatory; Swedish will be highly valued
Current permit to work inside the European Union. Availability to travel to visit customers, mostly in the European Union (Focus on Hitachi Energy HUB Europe definition)
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
