Dynasafe Protection Systems AB needs to re-enforce the sales department with one more dedicated and ambitious Area Sales Manager (ASM). You will join a dedicated ASM team that today divided the global sale in territories. Depending on the candidates profile the responsibility between the ASM territories will be re-organized. The position requires extensive travels, around 100 days per year and you will be based in our office in Karlskoga.
Arbetsuppgifter
Dynasafe Protection Systems AB are part of Dynasafe and market leader in gas-tight bomb chambers for total containment and protection against explosions. Dynasafe develop, manufacture and sell integrated turnkey solutions with the bomb containment DynaSEALR as the core. They need to strengthen the presence with one more ASM and continue to develop a top performance partner network.
You will;
- Be responsible for direct sale and develop the partner network in a defined region.
- Analyze the market situation and define a territory management strategy
- Develop and implement channel strategy.
- Work with annual sales targets.
- Perform Business Review Meetings with our partners
- Have the lead in business negotiations and to close contracts with customers.
- Manage partners and set sales targets.
- Ensure all products in the product portfolio will have the best chance on the market.
- Perform product training, market activities and provide our partners with required sales tools and product knowledge.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record B2B equipment sales and experience to lead business negotiations and close contract with customers. We believe the candidate should hold a university degree in technical or commercial field, or have equivalent experience. The position requires a minimum of five years sales of technical products and integrated systems with good knowledge and experience to work in an international environment with enthusiasm for different cultures.

Fluent proficiency of English is required.
