How about working in a young, dynamic team with lots of challenges and opportunities?BRIO is looking for a candidate that can strengthen our Export Department at our head office in Malmö, Sweden.As Area Sales Manager for BRIO you will be responsible for and a primary driver in developing selected markets. Working for BRIO Export Department, Sweden, means you will be responsible for developing close relations with customers and partners and negotiate contracts, prices and trading conditions.You will also educate and motivate local sales forces.For the announced region you will be responsible for planning, implementing and following-up on sales and marketing activities.Thus, there will be a combination of enforcing project schedules and identifying commercial opportunities.In order to maintain a close relationship with your markets you will travel approx 60-70 days a year.You will report to BRIO s Export Manager.Other tasks will be to enhance the BRIO brand, participate at exhibitions, in market analysis and other projects.Some administrative tasks will also be included.You combine your academic Master degree or similar with at least five years in a sales position, preferably of fast moving consumer goods.You are used to driving through sales processes, with focus on development of strategic partnerships, and you possess knowledge of how to position brands in different markets.Preferably, you also have some experience in working with international markets.You will have to demonstrate diplomatic skills and cultural awareness and use your strong communication and networking skills to be successful.In your projects you maintain a systematic and structured approach and you are a team player with a high work capacity.You are fluently in English and a second language would be beneficial.We need your application no later than the 8th of May.
