We are looking for Area Sales Manager for the Spare Parts Central team, to support and develop the business together with Market Areas, Dealers and Customers.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Spare Parts Sales support and development
Spare Parts business profitable growth
E-commerce sales development
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Proactive and Systematic Sales implementation
Market intelligence for setting targets in Pricing and Demand management.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Education
University degree in Technical or Business Management
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the industry
Experience in international and multicultural work
Sales Support in a global matrix team environment
Services business experience
Experience in Kalmar type of products
Competencies
Strong business- and market sense and mind-set
Customer focus
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Solid commercial and financial skills
Winning attitude
Relating and networking capabilities
Communication skills are very important.
