Area Sales Manager - China

IQF Frost is a company that develops and sells IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) freezers to the international Food Industry. Our HQ is located in Malmö where the administration and production are located. The sales department consists of Area Sales Managers and agents in Malmo and abroad, working round the globe. Our product, the OctoFrost™ is new and innovative and offers substantial economical and engineering advantages compared to competitive alternatives. Swedish "Born Global" IQF Frost enters the China market and need one Area Sales Manager to develop and follow up this market. The person will initially work from our HQ in Malmö.
Our customers are experienced food processors who need solutions that correspond to current and future needs from national and international buyers. We work programmed and animated with customer analysis, segmentation and programs to raise the customer in the buying process. The investment in our technology typically requires long processing times.

Job Description:
Your services involves sales budget responsibility for your market and requires strong own initiative and ability to finalize sales in tough competition and negotiations. 
Besides strong capabilities in following up leads from our own data base we expect that you map the entire market with respect to companies and influential groups around decision makers.
We will train you in Sweden in our technology. We will do joint customer visits in your area as part of the training.
The person will have to assist HQ in Malmö with administration work in China when IQF Frost starts up a company in China.

Requirements:
Business Management on University level
Five years working experiences
Experienced in sales with proven results and ambitions
Fluent English 
Mother tongue Chinese
Capable to utilize the Internet, familiar with social media tools, emails, excels

The position require extensive travelling in China and the plan is that the Area Manager shall move to China
