IQF Frost AB, a Born Global company, founded in year 1999, develops and sells IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) freezers to the international Food Industry. Our headquarter incl. sales, administration and production is located in Malmö. Sales are global and we have offices and direct representation worldwide. Our customers are experienced food processors who need solutions that correspond to current and future needs from national and international buyers.

To continue our fast growing business we search for a Sales Area Manager Eastern Europe. Your services involves sales budget responsibility for your market and requires strong own initiative and ability to finalize sales in tough competition and negotiations.

Besides strong capabilities in following up leads from our own data base we expect that you map the market with respect to companies, and influential groups around decision makers.

Your profile

Profound education and knowledge in modern sales.
5 year experienced, well proven in sales
Business to Business Industrial Sales
Fluent Business English
Polish as mother tongue is preferred. Good knowledge in Russian is an advantage

Strong own initiative and ability to get things done

The position is based at our headquarters in Malmö, Sweden and involves extensive travelling in Eastern Europe.

This position report directly to the Sales Manager of IQF Frost AB.
