In this position, you will be responsible for delivering operational plans, as well as contributing to process improvements for the full team. You should expect to resolve complex issues in a busy environment. Being a part of Supply Planning in Arla we are expected to have the customer in focus, while optimizing the global supply chain. You should enjoy hunting a root cause and providing new solutions with passion, energy and empathy. With an interest for numbers, operational tasks and a taste for optimal utilization of resources, you will be a great match in this position.

* Your role is essential to succeed with a good delivery service for our customers.
* Based on forecasts, order production and transportation, we achieve stock levels that contribute to a high delivery service to customers, and minimizes wastage of finished goods.
* With an ambitious mindset you will contribute to increasing planning competences and effectiveness.

You will be the link between sales, other planning functions, production sites and warehouses, and therefore your understanding of stakeholders' needs is essential. Supply Planning needs to make quick decisions in response to often unexpected complex situations, so it is important that you can perform in a fast paced environment. Lastly, your good communication skills and ability to challenge the current ways of working, will make you the ideal candidate to improve our current approach.

You have:

* A proactive, positive and goal oriented mindset with good sense of responsibility
* Fluency in English and a good level of both reading and writing in Swedish
* A very good level of knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office in general
* Previous experience working with SAPis a plus

What do we offer?

You will be joining a team consisting of 9 fulltime colleagues and 7 student assistants and part time employees. Together, we are responsible for daily, weekly and monthly supply plans and inventory management for 15 dairies & terminals. We are a strong mix ranging from the very experienced to the newly graduated, but together we share a busy every day with humor and team spirit. Feedback and knowledge sharing are growing assets in our informal culture.
