JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Attend local meetings as assigned by company.
· Keep mandatory documents updated as well as coping with internal and external audit.
· Liaise with company in terms of the new project implementation.
· Be in touch with airport community and business partners.
· Respond to passenger queries and complaint in timely way including baggage irregularity.
· Maintain and keep the company’s assets in good condition.
· Good command in English, speak and write. Ability to communicate in Swedish. Thai language merited.
· Swedish Driver’s license is preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Station Supervisor
Supervise generally in operational matters according to company guidelines.
Report functionally to BKKGD BKKGD-A and SMT respectively and also cooperation/coordination, and response to GD requests/instructions.
Keep close relation with local THAI offices towards common goals and/or objectives.
Regularly engage with Arlanda Airport and Star Alliance Communities.
Attend local meeting (i.e., AOC, SAAT) representing THAI and report to superior.
Keep good relation and also coordinate with GHA and all authorities i.e., Airport Authority, Customs, Border Force, Slot Coordinator and Quarantine in order to secure smooth flight handling.
Establish and maintain various local procedures as required by company instructions e.g. LERP, LSI, LLCP and responsible for the correct application of these instructions.
Arrange Local Meeting as per year plan activities.
Issue LSPM and also instruct all concerned staff (City / Airport / Cargo and Handling agent) to familiar with LERP and LSPM.
Perform Thai Security Checklist as per SPM 11.2 Page 2-4 twice a year.
Perform Dangerous Goods Training Record annually.
Update Company manuals and brief to all concerned staff and GHA.
Keep close co-ordination with C&C (Control and Command Center) and station concerned in operational matters relating to the aircraft operation.
Issue or supervise all types of reports i.e., Station Log, Station Report, MSR, MSS etc. and submit to the superior.
Handle / Adjust Staff Roster, Crew Procedure.
Monitor / Evaluate Handling Agent staff performance.
Arrange Monthly meetings with Handling Agent.
Attend meeting with Station Service Department (BKKGD).
In case of irregularity, Report and Consult with superior for intermediate plan.
Brief Handling Agent Staff for the intermediate plan to handle the irregularity case.
Perform all station administration e.g., invoices check, apply training program, review ground handling contract, review other relevant contract etc.
Administrate THAI’s property and equipment falling under jurisdiction of the station including reporting insurance damages and/or losses in accordance with regulations.
Provide MAAS to VVIP, VIP according to company guidelines.
Perform day-to-day operational duty with coordination with C&C and report to SMT.
Coordinate with ARNAF for ULD utilization on cargo loading as well as controlling of standard ULD stock control.
Consideration for ULD utilization for baggage loading as per passenger booking and connecting passenger booking.
Position in front of check-in counters to provide ambassador services to all passengers especially Gold Card Holder and Business Class passengers.
Perform check-in supervision according to company procedure.
Well planning for station activity improvement.
Perform other duties assigned by superior.
Perform Load Control document check at least 1% of all departure flight per year but minimum 20 flights. Whenever there are errors fell into Category 2 or 3 in load sheet and supporting document the additional copy shall be forwarded to BKKDG-A Team 1, email dg.manual@thaiairways.com.
Whenever Dangerous Goods are onboard, make sure that DGR NOTOC is issued by GHA and signed by PIC. Send DGR NOTOC to dgr.bkkop@thaiairways.com immediately after departure. (Refer to TDGM 1.7 Responsibilities)
Issue iQSMS if there is discrepancy found at station.
Authorize DGR (table 2.3 A) on behalf of SMT.
Ensure GHA to make report, take photos and make DG Occurrence Report (refer to TDGM 15.3) including report the occurrence to iQSMS and SMT.
Ensure a report is submitted to CAAT via email flightreport@caat.or.th or other competent Authorities if there is a incident/accident about DGR., or if undeclared dangerous goods are detected, use element URL in iQSMS.
Complete e-Station Log, insert information relating to Special Information such as Delay Reason, Special Incidents may have in “Irregularity” tab sheet.
Maintain mandatory courses and ensure records are valid.
Safety, Security and Health & Safety
Monitor and ensure compliance with THAI and Swedish legislation for the safety and security of member of staff, customers and equipment.
Comply with Health & Safety requirements and ensure work environment is in safe condition.
