We are currently looking for an art buyer to H&M Menswear.
H&M Menswear Marketing is a global department located at the Head Offices in Stockholm and support all 75 markets around the world. The Men’s marketing department consists of approximately 25 employees and focus on menswear. The department has the strategic and operational responsibility to build the H&M brand, internally and externally when it comes to brand awareness, attraction, and loyalty. The department constantly drives change making sure that H&M’s communication is customer oriented, relevant, and aligned with our brand DNA. The purpose of the H&M brand is to make it possible for everyone to look and feel good. Everything we do is centered around our business idea - to provide fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way.
Job Description
The role as Art Buyer is diverse. You will source photographers, stylists, and other creative players, as well as handle model/talent castings. The Art Buyer is responsible for budgets, production estimates, and preparation for photo shoots for a wide variety of creative content and on different levels and needs. Day-to-day involves negotiations, research, creative and production meetings, contractual negotiations, and administration.

To be successful in this role, we also believe you have specialized knowledge and a genuine interest in international and local casting (models and talents, contemporary fashion photographers, stylist etc.) and that you have an established wide network of contacts with agents and creatives within the fashion industry and men’s lifestyle.
We’d love to meet someone who:
Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry
Has interest and knowledge of contemporary photography, art, fashion, and culture
Experience of contract work
Has previous experience in film production
Excellent negotiation skills
Fluent in English, spoken and written

This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible and are based in our head office in Stockholm, Sweden.
