We are one of the fastest growing agencies in Europe and to support this growth, we are looking for you! A creative and forward-thinking Art Director that loves creating experiences in both the physical and digital world.
As Art Director at WorkShop you will be responsible for coming up with and creating world-class ideas, as well as bringing them to life in our clients engagement programs, offline and online. You will have a leading role in moving the creative development forward, from brief to presentation and into production. You’ll be directing everything from weekly content to larger films and events.
You will have a crucial part of both guiding and working in our team, where you’ll help our team of creatives achieve success, both with concepts and production. A plus if you have experience working with B2B events and maybe even have an extra heartbeat for the gaming world.
You will be reporting to our Creative Director and be part of a team consisting of Art Directors, Designers, Motion Graphics and Production Managers. The position is based at our Stockholm HQ or our Amsterdam Office.

WE BELIEVE THAT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE HAS:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director, preferably with a background within Brand Experience/B2B events.
- Relevant studies.
- Experience leading and directing junior creatives.
- Excellent knowledge working with the relevant Adobe programs, Figma/Sketch and Power Point. After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of different types of digital communication channels.
- Comfortable with presenting and explaining your concepts and ideas to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English (English is the company language).
- A positive mind set and a social team player with a solution oriented “can do” attitude.
