Art Director and UX Designer

Nordic Retail Group (NRG) is one of the largest retail agencies in the Nordics. We’re a full-service retail agency and we’re specialists in retail communication, both online and in store. We work with international as well as local clients all over the Nordics and are present in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

The role

We’re now looking for a passionate, innovative, and business minded Art Director/UX Designer to join our creative team. You will work in a team together with other creatives and project managers and will be the creative mind contributing with your ideas and solutions for design and communication (including copy). You will be working with both print and digital productions, and the tasks will vary each day; from creating campaigns, design digital shop-in-shops and brand pages, brainstorming for new product launches to production of POS material for both online and in-store.

Your experience and expertise

As an Art Director and UX Designer there are a few requirements needed:

- Experience as an UX designer/Art Director (preferably at a retail agency, marketing/advertising agency or inhouse marketing department)
- Experience of working with local and international clients
- You work unhindered in Adobe CS package and Office package
- Experience in UX software and web design/development
- Experience of copywriting/UX-writing is not a must, but highly desirable
- Experience in 3D design is not a must, but a plus
- Must be fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking


Tasks

- Close cooperation with production manager/project managers in all projects
- Responsible for the design and final art, visual as well as communicative
- Take full responsibility for final delivery
- Affirm creativity and share experiences and insights with colleagues
- Create cases of completed projects/assignments
