The company
Alva Labs offers a SaaS (Software-as-a-service) solution that is helping global companies grow their team in a fair, efficient and science-backed way. By combining leading psychology, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, our platform helps teams hire in a new way.
We are currently in a very exciting phase where we are growing our revenue super fast (2-3x per year) and launching in new markets. We are building cool stuff, making a real impact for our customers and candidates, and we have fun together while doing it.
The role
We are looking for a designer that can take lead on everything graphic and design-y. You will produce a wide variety of digital assets, from blog graphics, ads, and slides to videos and animations. Perhaps even pulling out a camera for some photos every now and then. We don’t expect you to be an expert guru wizard in every single discipline of graphic design (that’s impossible), but we believe you have a solid track record in multiple areas of graphic design. You will of course have support and collaboration with the rest of the marketing team, and for more demanding productions it’s up to you to secure the necessary external resources (freelancers/agencies) to get us where we need to be. Here’s a glimpse of what you would spend your days on:
- Design and produce performance marketing assets for paid media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Facebook ads.
- Produce assets for a variety of online and offline formats - and research new ones.
- Work proactively together with the team to learn & iterate on what type of content works, taking a strategic perspective on our visual identity & digital assets.
- Understand and design for campaigns throughout the marketing funnel, from awareness to acquisition to conversion to retargeting.
- Produce additional designs and content for other marketing team needs, such as the website, blog, infographics, illustrations, videos, etc.
- Own your production pipeline by managing your projects and priorities and maintaining appropriate communication with all stakeholders.
We are still early days, so you will definitely be able to put your mark on our brand and how we work, but there is also a lot already in place that you can use. You
Perhaps you have worked in-house or at an agency before, that’s not super important. As long as you are passionate about aesthetics and design, with a “doer” attitude, you will fit right in. We believe you already have a strong & diverse portfolio of design work. We would be extra happy if you have an understanding and experience of digital marketing, as well as experience of video production. Our internal language is English, so there is no need to be able to speak Swedish. We do however care deeply about who YOU are. We believe that you:
