Are you a structured and communicative producer? Do you have good knowledge of Art production processes and structures? Do you want to take on the exciting challenge of joining PDS Producers in making sure Paradox delivers great games, working on both existing and exciting new projects?
About the position:
As an Art Producer, you will be a key player in the PDS production team with responsibility for art deliveries. For your assigned project you will own planning and executing for art production in line, contributing to effective production & delivery of PDS games.
Internally, you will collaborate and coordinate with other co-producers, production teams & team leads to ensure project alignment, coordinate resources, as well as tracking & documenting work progress according to Paradox’s processes and methodologies, but also identify key areas that needs further improvement.
For art produced by art vendors, you will plan and track the process for outsourcing deliveries as well as tracking outsourcing costs, contracts, & invoices.
Communicating plans and processes and maintaining up-to-date live documents & tracking tools such as Jira and Shotgun are key to your success in this role. Along with production team leaders you will be identifying, managing, and eliminating risks and blockers.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working in an organisational capacity in a video game dev team or a creative industry.
• Knowledge/understanding of Game Art requirements and creation processes.
• Knowledge of and interest in process and planning; (ie: agile methodologies).
• Experience working with spreadsheets, JIRA, Shotgun a plus
We see that you have production experience preferably from the video game industry or a similar creative industry. You understand development teams' jargon and have been exposed to art production processes, structure, and teams.
Additionally, we see that you are described as communicative, organised, approachable, trustworthy, and not afraid to take on new challenges. We expect you to contribute to- and promote a culture of feedback & knowledge sharing with other producers, production teams, and artists.
