Are you looking for a new challenge where you would be working as an Art Producer?
The goal for this role is to lead the development of the vision and road map of the Art craft. You will collaborate with many stakeholders to plan for new initiatives, while also providing the necessary scaffolding for our art direction and creative vision. This means you will be our ‘maestro’ of coordinating and driving the Art area for our project, becoming the planning-master for our art initiatives that in turn will reveal experiences that are as breath-taking as they are enjoyable for our players. Our Plan
We know you have fantastical powers and for us it is important you get to show your magic. To do this, we are creating strong autonomous teams with independent decision-making, poke holes in things when required and freedom to try out new things and show why it works.
In this role, you’ll join our Producer craft and you will be reporting to our World Cell Producer. We encourage collaboration within the craft to share knowledge and best practices, and you will be part of assembling and maintaining cross-functional teams set up for success to meet our projects goals and objectives by guidance and mentoring.
An important part of the role includes planing for changes to staffing and budgets throughout the full development cycle. As well as encourage our art teams, removing blockers and ensure that high quality can be achieved such as being the bridge between Art and Tech, enabling our artists with smooth pipelines and efficient tools.
Qualifications
To make the innovation ride easier we would love if you…
Have good experience as a producer in game development or project manager for larger projects.
Have practical knowledge in how to ship games or equivalent experience from other industry.
Have interest or knowledge in art production, the tools that are used and how pipelines are supposed to work.
Have a strong sense for and being the advocate for quality.
Are happy being at heart of things.
