Are you a senior engineer looking for new challenges or are you a recent graduate looking for your first job? Our team in Arvika factory is expanding and we are looking for several new colleagues to join our journey in developing new process technologies to prepare for an electrification.

Some of the tasks that can be included in your role are strategic and tactical manufacturing process development on overall plant level including new manufacturing technologies and Factory 4 Tomorrow. It can mean that you will Develop and propose roadmap for process development and NMT connected to stakeholders needs, evaluate and implement improvements in production processes, support long-term site strategy execution and ensure all related KPI´s are in alignment with team activities. But it can also mean that you will execute specific ME activities such as maintaining mfg requirements up-to-date and preparing project builds, which can include being responsible for process development aligned with strategic investment and CAST & Architecture and taking a lead for project builds, both virtually and physically finding solutions. Who are you?
To succeed in this role we would like to see that you are an Engineer with BSc degree or equivalent, as well as some experience in industry. You will need to show initiative and the desire to develop yourself together with the factory and with your team member. We also see that you are comfortable communicating in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
