Aseptic & Hygiene Specialist

Job Summary:
The Aseptic & Hygiene Specialist will conduct reviews and verification activities pertaining to process documentation, calibration of measuring devices, and aseptic scheduled processes. Independently manage corrective actions as a result of quality results reviews, product releases or deviations and customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary support contact for both company’s customers, as well as for Technical Services, with direct contact with customer staff in need of assistance.
· Plan, execute and report aseptic and hygienic quality troubleshooting, as well as preventive audits with direct contact with customer staff.
· Plan, execute aseptic and repot commissioning of new filling lines, including training of both Ecolean and customer staff.
· Report accurate and detailed information on issues in order to drive improvements. Act as a project member for development and improvement of products and services provided by the company including development of food applications.
· Follow the Quality System, procedures and routines within the company. Work on continuous improvements of Quality System, procedures and routines within the company.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Science and more than 5 years’ experience in aseptic and ESL quality functions required.
· Experience from leading projects required.
