Within Development & Service Operations (DSO), the role of Aseptic Performance Management (APM) department is to secure a systematic decision making for maintaining world class Aseptic Performance of Tetra Pak systems. In particular, Aseptic Performance Support team goal is to support Customers in achieving superior quality levels by delivering proactive services that prevent any deviation in product quality and safety and timely assist Customers in restoring production if a deviation occurs.
Main responsibilities
-Be the speaking partner for food safety and quality matters with Global and Strategic Accounts
-Conduct systematic troubleshooting for end-product quality issues at Customer
-Provide food safety and end-product quality advices, guidance and expertise to Customers and colleagues out in the markets;
-Lead the competence assessment and the capability development of the global network of Aseptic Performance Support specialists
-Act as certified auditor of Tetra Pak Food Protection Expert Services
-Deliver training internally as well as to Customers ensuring that end-product and food safety competence meet re-quired levels;
-Support analysis of aseptic performance data of Tetra Pak installed based systems and provide feedback to development and lifecycle technical projects
-Support aseptic and microbiological validation trials and new installations to en-sure desired levels of end-product quality
-Support identification and development of new service opportunities in the area of Food Protection
-Secure all relevant technical documentation is updated to the most relevant in-ternational standards
Qualifications
You have a University degree in Food Science & Technology or Food Industry Engineering. You have a deeper knowledge and understanding about: quality assurance and quality control systems, including microbiology. You are skilled in English, both written and spoken.
You have a minimum of 5 years of field experience in end-product quality and food safety support to Global and Strategic Accounts. You have a deeper knowledge and understanding about: quality assurance, quality control systems, food processing equipments, UHT sterilisation and aseptic packaging, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Food safety & Hygiene. You have a broad network within Technical Support and Development organizations. A formal specialist certification, together with a previous working experience in food industry and a working experience abroad is considered mandatory.
You have skills and attitude to protect the company position in end-product quality and food safety related matters. You have to strive to consistently support competence development in clusters to secure our global ambition on Food Protection and Quality. We request an ability to perform and lead hands-on systematic troubleshooting. In addition we request you to be innovative in the proposition and development of new service solutions. You can take and implement initiatives in a free and responsible way, working together with other team members, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals. You must have excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.The position requires the willing to travel also abroad up to 60% of your job time with short notice.
