Location: Remote - work from home in Spain
Role: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor 
Salary: €1666 gross p/m plus €150 p/m bonus potential
Working hours: Monday to Sunday: Morning shift: 7am and 7pm, or Afternoon shift: 14.00 and 22.00 (2 weekends off per month).
Relocation: In Spain only (Work from Home)

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will represent a global energy provider in the exciting growth markets for electric car charging stations. You will receive incoming calls, emails as well as live chats from consumers and business clients in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will deal with day to day queries regarding usage and billing as well as troubleshooting issues that arise.
Requirements
Fluent Dutch and English
Already settled in Spain with social security number and tax number
Excellent sense of service, customer satisfaction and results
Computer agility
Good writing skills (e-mail and administrative)
Time and priority management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and attention to details
Have good internet connection and home office facility
