Arbetsbeskrivning
1. Overview and develop the key account growth strategy and implementation plan that supports future business growth.
2. Strategically breakthrough key accounts by establishing/ maintaining client relationship, influential communication/feedback, reliable market analysis prediction that also reflects the changes into the actions plan and meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.Sign framework agreements with key customers /channel partners
3. Deep dive a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements of HR and financial services products.
4. Continuously explore key account potential HR development plan and make sure the solutions that will facilitate the client’s development and generate new sales revenue.
5. Partner with sales team member and marketing resources in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product positioning) of the company.
6. Be sensitive to the market trend, customer needs and competitions for future strategy changes and help with the HR product development; Being a bridge between different parties to optimize HR products performance.
7. Making the quotation and conduct the commercial contract according to the customer requirement, assist to issue the draft invoices according to the contract execution.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Previous global working experience and understand culture difference
Entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication and client expectation management
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Fluent in English, Mandarin
Basic labor law and basic commercial law knowledge.
