ASIC and FPGA Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer with a passion and experience working with mobile apps and who enjoys the challenges of designing enterprise solutions. You should have a strong focus on enabling users to successfully and efficiently complete their working tasks and be able to collaborate with Company stakeholders to understand and help ensure business goals are met.





You will join an established Development organization where you will be working within a scrum connected to mobile app development. Being able to collaborate with developers in order to create functional solutions is a must. You’ll also be part of a wider Design Team where your role will be to work with the Designers and the wider Company organization to ensure consistent experiences with other apps and web applications (as well as help foster a great working environment and evangelize UX Design!).




Required competencies
At least 4-5 years’ experience working as a UX professional
Demonstrated abilities to drive discussions, workshops and have critical thinking to meet design goals
Effectively articulate the rationale behind your design decision to inspire and achieve consensus
Work with and promote best practices in UX and engage people during the creative process
University degree within a design or creative field.

Additional skillset
Proficient at using Sketch and InVision (or other tools to help bring clarity to your craft)
Hands-on software product design experience for mobile applications (understanding of app and other hardware would be a plus)
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to understand the problems and design a solution
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
Background in working with enterprise and/or industrial experience
