ASIC Designer

To our ASIC team in Lund, we are looking for an ASIC designer with broad experience and the skill to lead a team responsible for top level integration and synthesis, DFT, timing closure and integration of external IP.Within the projects, you and your team will work closely with the ASIC vendor. It is a merit if you have established contacts within the ASIC industry like design houses, tool vendors and IP providers. You will internally report status to the project manager. Your main tasks will include: *be a driving force in developing design guidelines and improvements to our chip design methodology *coordinating and participating in synthesis activities *supporting project members *have the opportunity to design functionality for our future video ASICs Qualifications: *ability and interest in leading a small team *familiar with developing chip level STA constraints *practical usage of RTL, C, Perl and Tcl *experience in using synthesis and STA tools *Master of Science degree
