Do you like working with people? Strategies? What about steering and leading Ericsson Silicon development for 5G and 6G products? Then, we are looking for you!
We are recruiting a project manager that can drive hardware processes in the SoC domain (ASIC/FPGA/IP) as well as challenging initiatives related to our SoC verification strategy. The position is in Product Development Unit Compute and Digital Silicon in Kista, Sweden.

What you will do
Hardware processes in SoC:
Update and maintain Hardware Development process for Digital ASIC
Analyse and review process improvements with the process steering committee and the process owner.
Steer the quarterly and monthly governance – tracking the improvements proposed, organizing the meetings, and coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders.



SoC Verification Strategy:
Support and assist our SoC verification methodology leaders
Work with strategic planning of the different initiatives
Update and create transparent plans for the implementation of initiatives
Work to improve the flow
Share plans and keep stakeholders updated
Coordinate work with other project/programs to secure roll-out alignment
Report status, quality issues, or delays to stakeholders
Understand the impact of any change of requirements



You will bring
Technical education at a university level (M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics) or similar
You will need excellent Project and Program Management Skills to drive processes and projects' initiatives impacting +700 engineers
Outstanding Relationship Building and Leadership Skills
Good analytical, structural, result oriented skills, and look for creative solutions when lacking information, being comfortable with acting outside formal area of responsibility when needed.
Genuine interest in digital ASIC/FPGA technology and development
Ability to find and drive continuous improvements at work
Excellent communication skills as well as teambuilding and cooperation skills
Proficient in oral and written English and have excellent presentation skills
Knowledge and experience of R&D processes, including lean & agile practices
Min years of experience: 10 years
