Our Great Opportunity
The ASIC & FPGA organization at Ericsson in Lund, Sweden, is growing, and we are now looking for an additional ASIC Project Leader to join our already successful ASIC Development organization. In this role you will lead the development of our ASIC and FPGA projects that are key components in the next generation of Ericsson's radio base stations. You will work in collaboration with other development organizations at Ericsson together with our partners and vendors.
You will
Lead a project team of highly skilled engineers within ASIC development
Take a full responsibility from start to end in project planning, follow-up, reporting, and risk handling
Work together with Ericsson's product development organizations to secure our products are ready in time
Act in an international environment in close collaboration with our vendors and partners
Be part of our continuous improvement development
To be successful in the role you must have
A Master Degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering or equivalent education
Experience in ASIC or FPGA development
Solid project management experience from complex R&D projects, preferably multi-site
Communication and presentation skills in English
A quality-consciousness
Travels may be needed but not required on a frequent basis.
