Assembly Manager Talent Plastics Laxå AB.

At Talent Plastics Laxå AB, you are part of a dedicated team that ensures that the articles we produce, meet the highest requirements from our customers. In our factory in Laxå, we work with short lead times and large returns internally and externally. We focus on people and continuous improvement. We are now looking for an Assembly Manager.

The company is part of the Talent Plastics Group and have 53 employees. The operations within Talent Plastics are based on strong, individual contractor companies, which both have their own focus and run customer projects together with other companies in the business area.

Tasks
Talent Plastics Laxå AB’s mission is to produce high-quality injection-molded articles in a robust, Lean and environmentally friendly production process. As Assembly Manager at Talent Plastics Laxå, you will have the following duties;

• Responsible for ensuring that all assignments are performed at the Assembly Department Internally and Externally.
• Lead and distribute the work in the department.
• Attend Morning Meeting and other meetings when needed and convened.
• Responsible for updating the Daily Plan on behalf of Assembly Department.
• Responsible for relevant business routines and documentation are updated for Assembly Department.
• Prevention and improvement of maintenance measures
• Report and document all work performed.
• Work with continuous improvements

Your background:
• Experience from production and / or post-processing
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good knowledge of Swedish both orally and in writing
Qualifying if you have previous experience of injection molding and / or machining.
