We are looking for a dedicated Asset management engineer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Technical administration team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing/ramping up our Asset management system and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job


Working as an Asset Management Engineer involves both developmental and supportive activities, mainly for ones own area of responsibility, but also with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination and collaboration.

A typical day at work will include development, documentation and communication of processes and way of work for the maintenance department. Implementation and educational activities of the same are also common tasks. The Asset Management Engineer will also provide advice and support regarding the standardized procedures, support personnel in system handling and data management within the systems utilized to apply the defined processes in daily activities. On top of all, a strong focus on standardization, governance and inter-company communication defines the Asset Management Engineers working days.

We expect our Asset Management Engineers to be curious, driven, outgoing, and open minded with an ability to listen to the organizational needs and transfer them into company procedures. We also expect them to be team-players that enjoys collaboration and networking. A good stress management and the ability to handle conflicts and make decisions are also valuable traits.

About the team

The Technical administration team support our maintenance department with processes, systems, templates and standardized way of working.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Process development
- Data Management
- Change Management
- Document Management
- Support and Education

We believe that you have :

- We are looking for you with a technical education at university level, preferably supplemented with a financial education. MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
- 5+ years working experience in Asset management
- Excellent English written and oral skills

Bonus points for:

- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
- Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
