Our Asset Management Advisory team is a small section within the wider Asset Management organization in AFRY. We work with infrastructure clients to help them realise value from their assets. Working at all levels of client organizations across multiple sectors and industries; we act as a critical friend providing strategic thinking, practical, resilient and assured solutions.
Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to work as an Asset Management Lead, on a variety of Asset Management and transformation projects for infrastructure managers across multiple sectors. As a team, our expertise helps our clients adopt and utilize Asset Management thinking and processes to maximize the value of their assets. Working in collaboration with the other sections in our team, our role is to unify and lead our Asset Management capabilities within AFRY. It is also an opportunity to support our international teams with Asset Management expertise and increase the uptake of ISO 55001 best practice.
Our service offering is unique in that we provide integrated services across the entire asset management spectrum. We want to support clients in making strategic decisions driven by data, evolving organizational structure to best practice asset management, guiding them to become more resilient to climate change impacts and becoming a more sustainable infrastructure operator. A key part of this is building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and aligning asset management methodologies and solutions to each individual client situation.

Responsibilities
Create and produce asset management deliverables (ISO 55001) on behalf and in collaboration with clients
Support the delivery of infrastructure transformation projects including asset management consultancy, change management and digital projects
Support the improvement of our asset management capabilities and reputation in AFRY
Manage and/or be part of project teams, as well as guide and provide internal review to own team deliverables
Nurture and manage client relationships to identify new opportunities in new and existing markets, heading up bid work, proposal writing and delivering presentations
Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Proven 8+ experience working in infrastructure asset management – preferably running the delivery of projects
Previous experience helping and guiding clients in the development of their asset management capabilities
Strong capability in implementing the necessary elements of an asset management systems/framework e.g. policies, Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) and Asset Management Plans (AMPs)
Skilled in change, risk and value management
Understanding of asset management standards e.g. ISO 55001
Nice-to-haves:
Institute for Asset Management (IAM) certificate and/or diploma
Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Asset Management systems such as Maximo, SAP and/or Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems
Asset management IT/information and digital solution experience
The business language is English so you should be able to express yourself freely in speech and writing.
We attach great importance to your personal qualities and potential. Our base as a team is primarily Solna (Stockholm) or Oslo, but we are open to discussing your work location through interview stages. Commuting to our customers and business trips should be considered as a natural part of work, mainly within the Nordic region. Assignments abroad may also be relevant.
