Siemens Financial Services is in strong growth and faces exciting challenge. We are now looking for an experienced/exceptional Asset Manager with placement in Solna.
Our division Siemens Financial Services is a global financing company within the Siemens Group. We create modern, flexible and customized financing solutions for our partners and customers that contribute to their growth and efficiency. In the Nordics we are about 170 employees and operate from our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Helsinki, Oslo and Umeå.
As Asset Manager for leased equipment at Siemens Financial Services AB in Sweden you act as contact person for equipment based enquiries in the relevant markets (e.g. healthcare, information and telecommunication, construction, transportation, machine tool equipment etc.). You support the new business with your equipment expertise and maintain our high quality standards in an international environment within the Nordic Asset Management team (including Norway, Sweden and Finland).
The role will ideally be based in Solna or Umeå, with interaction with colleagues across the Nordic countries and also globally when appropriate.
The Challenge
· Support new business with equipment and valuation related services (e.g. price checks, residual and collateral values)
· Execute on the end-of-term process including negotiating, pricing, equipment inspections and remarketing of returned or repossessed equipment.
· Perform portfolio management by identifying equipment related risks and new business opportunities
· Create new and revise existing residual value tables
· Take on the search, the selection and the maintenance of relationships with Vendors, manufacturers, appraisers, remarketing partners and other service providers in the target markets
· Further develop knowledge of equipment and market trends in defined core markets
· Take part in our digitalization journey by supporting various interesting projects
Who are you?
· You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the equipment finance sector, ideally in an asset management or remarketing function
· You are a good team player
· You have profound knowledge of product and lifecycle management of investment goods in the area of equipment finance
· You display your product and industry expertise in relevant sectors (e.g. healthcare, industry, transportation, construction, office equipment)
· You are professionally fluent in English
