As Asset Manager your main task is to oversee and manage the established contracted external asset management platforms to facilitate harmonization.

Responsibilities:

Technical Management Activities
• Monitor wind farms production, alarms, activities and dysfunction
• Meet contractors regularly, work in collaboration with subcontractors and third-party asset managers in particular, to move towards harmonization
• Solve specific issues such as icing, premature aging related to cold conditions
• Produce Analysis Optimization and Asset Improvement
• Be the face of CGNEE wind farms to external parties, local communities and administration

Reporting and Inspection
• Report the performance of the wind farms to line management and HQ
• Produce estimates and analyses
• Perform regular on-site presence

QHSE rules and implementation
• Review and update HSE plan
• Ensure QHSE procedures are in place and respected
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
• Report potential risks to protect employees and equipment

Commercial Management
• Perform contract management
• Facilitate cost control, invoicing, payment process and follow-up
• Maintain close collaboration with finance and procurement departments


Din profil
• Bachelor or Masters in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum two years’ related experience in wind farm asset management, wind turbine operation, O&M contract management, energy and data analysis, wind turbine inspection, etc
• Excellent stakeholder management, team player, problem-solver, diligent, dynamic and honest
• High computer literacy in MS Office; SCADA knowledge an advantage
• A full, clean driver’s licence
• Written and spoken Swedish and English proficiency
• Umea-based and willingness to travel 25% of the time
