The Asset Management team belongs to the D&T IBE (Development & Technology, Industrial Base Engineering) organisation in Lund. Our responsibilities are to drive, implement and improve the Life Cycle Management process within IBE and Converting factories to optimize the availability, reliability, quality, safety, and cost over the full equipment lifecycle. Our focus is on Maintenance, Spare Parts Management, Obsolescence, Master Data and Asset Management.
Master Data is and will be key for our success in the future. We are now scaling up and improving our asset structures and related processes and tools to further strengthening our Master Data approach and offer an interesting new role focusing on the Asset Master Data of Converting Equipment. The new role will be working on operational Master Data on IBE owned equipment and towards our Converting factories.
We offer a permanent position and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Asset Master Data Expert, you will:
Master Data Management:
Drive the operational activities within the Asset Master Data process and continuously improve the way of working, including tools and systems
Set up Converting Equipment Asset Structure in SAP Plant Maintenance with correlated Master data objects such as Technical Hierarchy objects and Classifications accordingly to processes and standards
Support users and projects from IBE Engineering with Master Data related to Materials and BoM creations
Drive the Master data quality assurance agenda and prioritize improvement and clean-up activities
Contribute to building the organisational capabilities needed to reach the set target for Master data KPI’s within OFPM Spare Part management process
Work closely together with System Integration Managers, System Owners, Converting Sales team and Converting factories
Support users and projects from Engineering teams and Converting factories, mainly the Maintenance teams
Drive end user training programs within IBE and Converting factories
Export Control Advisor:
Act as Export Control Adviser within the IBE organisation and be the first point of contact and provide operational support
Implement Export Control capabilities and requirements in the operation and drive continuous improvements
Identify competence needs and deliver trainings
We believe you have
At least 3 years of experience within master data management, preferably from a development organisation or production environment
Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering or equivalent area will be desired but not a requirement
Good skills in SAP and MS Office tools will be considered a merit
Knowledge from Asset structures, Functional breakdown, and Reference Designation system, as well as working with International Standards is preferred
Some experience in Export control is valuable, but if not we will support with the training needed
Fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing
Strong communication- and collaboration skills
Well organized and thorough with details
