Assignment Lead - Stockholm or Sundsvall

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Assignment Lead who is experienced in experience in developing milestone schedules and conducting risk analyses.

What you'll do:
● Organizes the assignment and agrees with resource owners on the use of human and other resources.
● Handles uncertainties in the assignment through measures like active risk management
● Carries out a stakeholder analysis and works with assignment team members to formulate the arena.
● Keeps the assignment sponsor informed on the current status and possible deviations.
● Develop elegant solutions for complex problems and actively contribute to post-release maintenance issues.
Who you are:
● Have documented experience in planning, leading projects and developing milestone schedules.
● Have experience in facilitating and planning workshops and knows the project's progress regarding time, quality and finances and report to the client and steering group.
● Good knowledge of projects with participants from different organizations.
● Regularly works across teams to build a culture for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
