Assignment Leader E-mobility, Charging and Thermal Management

Assignment Leader E-mobility, Charging and Thermal Management

Arbetsbeskrivning

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

A new department responsible for thermal management systems and charging of electrified vehicles has recently been established at Scania. It is now expanding by the creation of UEQ, ”Product Quality”. Our team is responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of customer vehicles. We are now looking for the two first assignment leaders to join our team. Do you want to be part of this exciting journey?

Your assignment

As an assignment leader within charging, power distribution and thermal management, you will be managing field quality assignments and introducing product changes within our areas of responsibility. Whereas charging and power distribution includes electronics, cable harnesses, mechanical components and software, thermal management implies climatization of electric propulsion systems, as well as cooling systems for internal combustion engines. Your assignment will offer a broad variety of challenges within our complete portfolio, reaching from mature high volume products to the latest electrified vehicles.

You will establish a multi-functional network where collaboration is the key to success. Together with dedicated colleagues from R&D as well as Sales and Marketing, Purchase and Production, you will secure the continuous operation and profit of our customers. Typical tasks can be management of cross-functional meetings, coordination of introductions and presentation of findings within your assignments.

Your profile

You are a dedicated team-player who thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment. You are communicative, goal oriented and well-structured in your work. You enjoy taking initiatives yourself when there are no instructions available, and get energy from finding the best way forward in cooperation with others.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within engineering.

We offer

We offer an exciting challenge where you will be able to develop your leadership skills while being part of the ongoing transformation towards electrified vehicles. In our team we strive for an open, collaborative work environment where finding solutions is the main focus. Every day offers new opportunities to use your creativity and passion to keep our customers out of workshops and onto the roads.

In our team you will be able to develop your competence, through the continuous daily challenges as well as planned training. Together we will shape your future at Scania!

Application process

Please submit your application before 9th November. Screening and interviews will be done continuously.
