Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.
Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Global Technical Support handles support questions from Scania´s business units all over the world. We are responsible for the technical support for all Scania products. If you like to face new challenges every day and work in a global organisation this is the right workplace for you. We are placed in Asia, Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Australia. We encourage our team members to work in the different locations in order to share and gain knowledge.

Assignment
Connectivity is a fast evolving business area for Scania which consists of several services aimed at the driver, vehicle and the company owner.We are a dedicated team supporting hardware installations, web applications, apps as well as software applications.

In order to provide premium support for the existing and coming services we need to extend the group with one more employee.Your tasks among others will be:

Solve technical cases related to hardware, software, telecom and apps.
Responsible for cross functional coordination in order to solve complex cases with major impact including communication of the progress to concerned parties both internally and to the markets
Put requirements on tools and processes from a support perspective
Participate and put demands on Service Development projects
Support the business units and dealers with information, routines and training in the technical support tools and processes
Communicate with our business units
Market responsible for a designated market to continuously improve the Technical Support process.

 Your Profile
Good communication skills, a lot of enthusiasm and a will to put the customer first is crucial.
Since you’re working in a fast developing business area with many cross functional contacts you must be a team player and have the ability to build trust.
You need to be prepared to handle fast changing situations. Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing is mandatory.
 
You should have a genuine interest in technology and a technical background.
